This is a special meetup in which we will also host students admitted to USF School of Management graduate programs as well as our newly admitted MSAN students. Arrive early to get a seat.

This will be a discussion on how the 49ers use data to optimize their business operations. Unfortunately, football player analytics and draft strategies will not be covered.  That is the focus of a completely separate group!

My team focuses on the Fan Experience, as well as the more typical business challenges of user acquisition and retention.

We will discuss:

· How the 49ers apply analytics and visualization to: Ticket Sales, Member Services, Marketing, CRM, and our Loyalty Program

· How data can assist in game day operations: Food & Beverage, Retail Sales, Stadium Operations
