Upgrading a Large Legacy Ember Application Without Losing Your Mind by Nate Pendleton & Tom Lagier
There is not much information on getting older Ember applications on the path to modernization. We will take you on our journey from a partial implementation of Ember 1.7 to our present Ember 2.11 implementation. This will cover the techniques we used to keep the work manageable while facilitating legacy code paths and multiple deployment targets.
