Talk 1: Black-box Testing Strategies in Go
Sean Bae from Samsara will talk about black-box testing strategies in Go. Go has made language design choices that encourage programming by interfaces not by implementation. As such, Go is a great choice for building robust black-box testing suites. The advantage of interface-driven test suites is that they let dev teams change implementations but still keep the same tests (at least as it relates to regression testing).
In his talk, Sean will present two black-box testing techniques 1) pairwise testing and 2) fuzzing. He'll also outline the corresponding open-source tools and a few best practices.
