Compiling Functional Specifications for Your Product Concept.

Mapping your value proposition to functional specifications is one of the first steps in planning your fintech startup. It’s extremely important to be precise in order for your technical partner to properly scope the entailed development work.

With an MVP strategy it’s especially important to distinguish between your product’s core features and its ancillary features. The more precisely you can translate benefits into features and reduce features to specifications, the more efficiently your technical partner will be able to execute on your development plan.

Ezetech’s CEO, Stan Synko will lead this workshop on compiling the functional requirements entailed by the product concepts that audience members will bring to the table.

By the end of the evening you will be able to clearly articulate your value proposition and understand how it maps to a well-defined set of functional specifications that you can use to jump-start the iteration process and start building your MVP.

You’ll see first-hand what goes into putting together requirements for other entrepreneurs and discuss different business cases, value propositions, technical restrictions, and commercial possibilities.

Come ready to put your value proposition to the test with like-minded entrepreneurs.
