Valentin Stalf: Co-Founder and CEO
Born in Vienna, Valentin studied accounting & finance (M.A. HSG) at the University of St. Gallen, Sophia University in Tokyo, and the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. During his studies he worked in a number of fields including strategy consulting (Roland Berger) and investment banking/mergers & acquisition (Deutsche Bank). After graduating, Valentin worked for Rocket Internet as the Entrepreneur in Residence and was involved in building different companies before founding N26, the leading mobile bank in Europe, together with Maximilian Tayenthal in 2013 in Berlin.

Laura J. Keller is a finance journalist in New York at Bloomberg News, covering some of the biggest investment and retail banks in the U.S. She's a frequent contributor to Bloomberg Television and other Bloomberg Media properties. She's been a periodic guest of C-SPAN, CBSN, NPR, NBC, Cheddar TV, plus CBS Radio, NBC local stations and Monocle 24 Radio. She joined the banking team after writing for several years about distressed companies on bankruptcy's brink and the hedge-fund managers who fought over them. Laura earned a master's degree in 2012 in the broadcast journalism concentration from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, where she also studied credit derivatives at Columbia Law School. She received her class's graduation prize for business journalism reporting. She holds a dual bachelor's degree in economics and print journalism from the University of Southern California.
