Bruce Weed | City Leader / Developer Advocate (New York), IBM - Digital Business Group
Bruce Weed is the City Leader / Developer Advocate (New York) for IBM’s Digital Business Group. Bruce covers the Eastern part of the U.S. with a main focus in NYC. Bruce leads a team of technical advocates, business development/sales, marketing/events and community outreach staff. Bruce engages directly around latest technologies with partners and customers alike, his expertise is around Watson/AI, IoT, Blockchain, Cloud and Big Data. Bruce also has industry knowledge in Retail, Finance, Healthcare, and Automotive. Bruce drives IT and business strategy with clients and partners.

Thierry Hubert | Founder & CEO, Darwin Ecosystems
Thierry is the Founder and CEO of Darwin Ecosystem - an R&D company focused on Big Data and cognitive technology research and development to improve awareness since 2008. Thierry’s interests and experiences are in social sciences, Big Data, organic analytics, social networking, collaborative computing and providing innovative solutions and services to large organizations and web/mobile users. He continues to apply his research in different sectors and industries by creating and implementing new approaches based on chaos theory principles and organic model -- rather than applying deterministic systems. This, with the help and partnership of our R&D operations, and IBM's Big Data and cognitive technologies.

Georgina Castanon | CEO & Co-Founder, Walk and Explore
Georgina Castanon is the CEO and Co-Founder of award-winning Walk and Explore, helping governments and companies create Intelligent Experiences to WOW citizens and clients. She has 20 years of experience in high technology, specializing in marketing innovative technologies. The scope of her expertise and experience covers a broad spectrum: corporate brand management, product marketing, digitally driven customer engagement, and demand creation. She is an experienced leader who has delivered results in globally recognized technology leaders as well than in innovative startup.
Before founding Walk and Explore, she served in a variety of marketing and partner roles at IBM. After her tenure at IBM, she went back to her Computer Engineering roots, coded a prototype, and partnered with her Artificial Intelligence college teacher to make high-end technology easy to use and accessible to all sizes of companies. Georgina is an international speaker who has presented multiple countries including the United Nations. Her photography has been published by CNN and has won several photography awards by New York City cultural organizations. At FITUR (one of the most prestigious Tourism authorities globally) her product “Walk and Explore New York” obtained the highest recognition for technology in Tourism with the 2017 AppTourism Award as the Best International Destination App in the World. She holds a Computer Engineer Software degree from the Tecnologico de Monterrey in Mexico, is Professional Photographer, and a Licensed New York City Tour Guide.

André Konig | Co-Founder, Opentopic
André König is a multi-national, serial entrepreneur, experienced executive and championship sailor. With 15 years of management consulting experience across three continents and Fortune 500 clients across all industries, André posses a unique background as entrepreneur. He started the European arm of the renowned consulting company SSA & Co, growing it to three offices, clients in five countries and billings of $3M. He then launched BrainTracer, a cognitive app to help those suffering from depression. Since 2015 André is the co-founder of Opentopic. André holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, speaks English, German, French and Italian, and competed at the national championship level in big boat sailing.
