Get back into gear after the holidays by joining us for our September event getting top tips from women who have made their way to the very top of their organisations and learn to negotiate for the salary you deserve.

The evening will be hosted by Christina Scott, Chief Technology Officer at News UK and winner of the 10 Digital Ladies Board Member award 2017.  Christina has more than 20 years experience across the media, IT and engineering industries and a track record of designing and delivering sophisticated commercial and editorial services and innovations.  Her work at the Financial Times won her a number of awards including CIO of the Year at the Women in IT Awards (2016). She believes that transforming culture is more important than changing technology to make digital transformation a success. Christina will be sharing her top tips to get to the board.

Also on our panel will be Claire Davenport, CEO at HelloFresh.  Claire started her career as an investment banker for Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan, before taking leadership roles within fast-moving businesses, including Head of Strategy for RTL Group, Chief Commercial Officer at Bigpoint and Chief of Staff at Skype.

Celia Frances, CEO of Rated People will also be on the panel sharing her principles for success and why creativity is so important.  Rated People is the UK’s largest online trade recommendation service, with over 2 million jobs submitted to-date. Its mission is to connect homeowners with quality, local tradesmen. Prior to this Celia has also held board roles at a number of other organisations including WeeWorld.

We're also delighted to have Annabel Shorter join us. With her background as a Senior Business Development executive across a number of large and small organisations Annabel brings over a decade of negotiating and commercial experience to her clients at Scotwork. Her early participation in the emerging field of partnership marketing saw her creating deals across a large cross section of industries, charities, utilities, FMCG brands, football clubs and pop stars! Annabel is going to be leading us all through a practical exercise to help us develop our negotiation skills.

We have strictly limited places this month, so please do sign up early to make sure you get a spot.
