DPML are proud to co-host this event with Argyll Scott. Spaces are very limited so place RSVP only if you can make it.
As customers continue to buy more digital products, software companies need to quickly adjust their products to an ever-changing landscape in order to stay competitive. Product and development teams need systems that react quickly to improvements and progress in their markets. Agile does just that - it helps you release features that perform well and meet your customers’ evolving needs.
Yet as your company grows, being agile and adaptable becomes harder and harder to achieve, with more teams to mobilise and more communication to manage. As an expanding company, you need a thoughtful, impactful, and streamlined way to encourage agile adoption across your teams and people.
Join us as we:
*Analyse the pros and cons of the top-down and bottom-up approaches to scaling agile
*Hear the first-hand experience of companies that have successfully scaled their agile methods
Our agenda for the evening should be as follows:

18:45 – Sam Zawadi: Agile at scale
19:05 – Amanda Colpoys: Agile transformation at Moonpig: the story so far
19:25 – Mark Jeckells: Using systems thinking to scale Agile
