Drafting for Brexit

This session will cover the options open to the EU / British government with regards to Brexit and will look at what businesses can do to mitigate the risk of Brexit. We will discuss clauses that should be introduced into terms of business and supplier agreements including changes to (i) material adverse change clauses (ii) termination provisions (iii) compliance with law clauses (iv) pricing provisions and (v) import/export provisions. We will also look at how businesses can amend their corporate structures to ensure continued access to the singel market and avoid loss of passporting and similar current rights.

The session will be followed by FAQs and networking.

Drinks and light refreshments will be served throughout the evening.
