Harvey Weinstein, Pestminster, Kevin Spacey, #metoo - it seems like the flood gates have opened and we're taking a huge step forward in recognising the shocking incidence of sexual harassment across industries.  Yet there is still huge confusion on some of the basics - what are a your rights when it comes to sexual harassment, what are the right things to do when you see or personally experience something that makes you uncomfortable, how can we remove harassment in all its forms.  If knowledge is power - right now we are all too often powerless.

This masterclass has been designed specifically for those people who manage teams and want to know how they can steward and protect their teams and ensure they create positive workplaces.  We are over the moon to be joined by Kathryn Dooks who is an Employment Partner at Technology and Digital Media Law Firm, Kemp Little LLP.  Kathryn will provide an overview of the law regarding discrimination and harassment and then, through a series of real life case studies, we will explore different scenarios and how they could be managed.

Hosted by Nancy Rowe - Digital Strategy and Insight Lead at SapientRazorfish and Jess Rowley, Partner at Subsector

Nancy founded a Women’s Leadership Network at Razorfish in 2011 in order to understand why women were not progressing into leadership roles at the same rate as men. Nancy is now the CoChair of VivaWomen! UK – Publicis Groupe’s Employee Resource Group for Women – an initiative which spans across more than 15 advertising and communications brands in the UK.

Jess is Partner at management consulting company Subsector. Subsector designs practical, simple plans for growth and transformation that you can act on. We do that by helping you understand customer experience, technology and innovation. She is also on the BIMA Council for Diversity, Founding Member of The Marketing Technology Association and a member of Innovation Social.
